Fine example of a William Fourth antique gilded triple plate overmantle mirror, c.1840. This antique mirror has neen professionally cleaned and is in excelllent condition. The glass is original with one or two marks. The oil gilding is also original finish with an unusual 'mottled' effect along the columns. The cartouches at the top of the columns are well definedand more unusual than the standard rosette design
