An attractive and rare genuine brass Art Nouveau rise and fall light of elegant design, originally believed to be designed by OSLER. This fitting is comprised of cast brass arm, weight and ceiling plate and has been re-wired with modern silk flex. The shades are Edwardian and are a very pretty muted green colour with splayed bell shape.They are very pretty when lit. These lights are designed to be counterbalanced with a central weight so allowing the light to be hung at varying heights. These were originally used for bedroom pendants but are now used for over dining tables, central kitchen units or desks.
