Description:

A fine antique gilt and beregere widow seat with fantastic overall design and shape, c.1860 -1870. This seat is being sold in original condition with signs of wear on the handles and legs. I feel it would be a mistake to re-gild the seat as it looks great as it is. This is a really attractive and useful small piece of antique furniture. We can restore the gilding if desired at cost.
